10月23日，牡丹江市委常委、綏芬河市委書記黃士偉一行到訪鹽田港，與集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)孫波就綏芬河相關(guān)項(xiàng)目合作展開座談鹽田港建設(shè)指揮部副總指揮李群、投資發(fā)展部、物流公司、保開公司負(fù)責(zé)人參加了會(huì)議綏芬河擁有毗鄰俄羅斯的地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)，豐富的生產(chǎn)要素以及自貿(mào)區(qū)、綜合保稅區(qū)、互市貿(mào)易區(qū)等七區(qū)疊加的沿邊政策

9月27日，鹽田港集團(tuán)與綏芬河市政府簽署了戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議黃士偉表示，綏芬河希望與鹽田港集團(tuán)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)手，引進(jìn)鹽田港在綜保區(qū)等方面的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，打造綏芬河“一區(qū)一城一主體”模式，推進(jìn)綏芬河綜保區(qū)和自貿(mào)片區(qū)的建設(shè)，加強(qiáng)在木材、糧食等大宗商品貿(mào)易的合作
