鄒文輝表示，水運興，常德興與鹽田港集團合作，將為常德水運發(fā)展奠定堅實基礎(chǔ)常德市委、市政府將全力搞好服務(wù)，營造優(yōu)良營商環(huán)境，努力為企業(yè)降低發(fā)展成本，強力推進雙方實質(zhì)性項目盡快落地，加快聯(lián)運體系建設(shè)、港口環(huán)境整治整合、港口規(guī)劃編制等合作
