12月3日，鹽田港集團(tuán)工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)第五次代表大會(huì)順利召開，選舉產(chǎn)生了第五屆委員會(huì)、經(jīng)費(fèi)審查委員會(huì)和女職工委員會(huì)，集團(tuán)黨委副書記鐘珊群當(dāng)選為新一屆工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)主席集團(tuán)黨委書記、董事長(zhǎng)孫波，市工交工會(huì)主席艾軍，集團(tuán)系統(tǒng)各級(jí)工會(huì)會(huì)員代表70多人參加了會(huì)議
On December 3, the Fifth Congress of the trade union federation of Yantian Port Group was successfully held. 大會(huì)選舉鐘珊群、程建功、劉劍、李雨田、劉文光、魏全貴、韓鳳亭、王東川、朱鵬、許青艷、肖兵、陸尚斌、夏俊三、盛俊峰、溫華、強(qiáng)小榮、譚鈁等17人為集團(tuán)工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)第五屆委員會(huì)委員，其中鐘珊群當(dāng)選新一屆委員會(huì)主席，程建功當(dāng)選委員會(huì)副主席;凌平、文敏、陳麗敏為集團(tuán)工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)經(jīng)費(fèi)審查委員會(huì)委員，其中凌平當(dāng)選新一屆經(jīng)費(fèi)審查委員會(huì)主任;李雨田、胡建芳、熊玲林為集團(tuán)工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)第五屆女職工委員會(huì)委員，其中李雨田為新一屆女職工委員會(huì)主任
會(huì)上，程建功代表第四屆工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)作工作報(bào)告，鐘珊群代表第五屆工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)作表態(tài)發(fā)言鐘珊群表示，新一屆工會(huì)聯(lián)合會(huì)將著眼全局，聚焦主業(yè)，充分發(fā)揮工會(huì)參與、建設(shè)、教育職能，在持續(xù)加強(qiáng)工會(huì)制度建設(shè)的同時(shí)，不斷提升工會(huì)工作水平，全力營(yíng)造和諧企業(yè)氛圍
孫波對(duì)做好新時(shí)代集團(tuán)工會(huì)工作提出四點(diǎn)要求:一是要強(qiáng)化政治性，旗幟鮮明講政治，主動(dòng)增強(qiáng)先進(jìn)性，切實(shí)增強(qiáng)群眾性;二是要樹立大局觀，在服務(wù)集團(tuán)重大戰(zhàn)略的同時(shí)，提高員工能力素質(zhì)，放大示范引領(lǐng)作用;三是要種好“責(zé)任田”，既要服從好黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，又要維護(hù)好職工權(quán)益，開展好文化建設(shè);四是要提升創(chuàng)造力，突出創(chuàng)新重點(diǎn)，提高創(chuàng)新能力，補(bǔ)齊基層工會(huì)短板
Sun Bo put forward four requirements for doing a good job in the trade union work of the New Era Group: first, we should strengthen the political nature, take a clear-cut political stand, take the initiative to enhance progressiveness, and effectively enhance the popularity; Second, we should establish a holistic view, improve the ability and quality of employees and enlarge the role of demonstration and guidance while serving the major strategies of the group; Third, we should plant "responsible fields" well, not only obey the leadership of the Party committee, but also safeguard the rights and interests of workers and carry out cultural construction; Fourth, we should enhance creativity, highlight the key points of innovation, improve innovation ability, and make up for the shortcomings of grass-roots trade unions
