11月28日，一輛滿載集裝箱的卡車駛進黃石新港集裝箱碼頭，經黃石新港監(jiān)管作業(yè)場所卡口自動驗核后放行，直接進行裝船作業(yè)這是近期黃石新港新增的“抵港直裝”通關作業(yè)新模式，以“提前申報、提前放行、直接裝船”的方式，真正實現通關“零等待”

作為湖北省首批采用“抵港直裝”作業(yè)模式的出口貨物，湖北三環(huán)鍛壓設備進出口有限公司出口的剪板機，從工廠到港口直接通關后，被送至內支線固定始發(fā)班輪“萬邦祥運2014E”進行裝船作業(yè)，整個過程不到2個小時，隨后啟程駛向上海港外高橋港區(qū)進行中轉發(fā)往科威特

“抵港直裝”作業(yè)模式，是指企業(yè)提前申報無需查驗的出口貨物，在運抵碼頭后即予放行，由承運車輛直接運至泊位吊裝上貨輪與傳統(tǒng)模式相比，“抵港直裝”作業(yè)模式大大提高了通關效率，有效減少了集裝箱在碼頭內運輸和裝卸次數，節(jié)省了貨主裝卸時間，降低了企業(yè)通關成本
