12月4日，中石油管道局總經(jīng)理孫全軍一行到訪鹽田港集團，與集團董事長孫波就建設運營光匯石油舟山項目等事宜展開座談集團副總裁彭洪波、光匯石油舟山項目部相關成員參加會議孫全軍表示，中石油管道局將積極推動光匯石油舟山項目的建設運營，與鹽田港集團建立長效溝通機制，充分發(fā)揮專業(yè)技術優(yōu)勢，把好質量關和安全關，實現(xiàn)合作共贏

孫波表示，中石油管道局是中國油氣儲運工程建設領域的專業(yè)化公司，在工程科研、項目管理、勘察設計、石油化工、科技創(chuàng)新等領域業(yè)績突出，希望雙方在光匯石油舟山項目中積極探索在接收監(jiān)管、復工檢測、謀劃運營、上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等多個環(huán)節(jié)的創(chuàng)新合作，實現(xiàn)互利共贏
