１２月１１日，廣東省口岸辦正式簽發(fā)文件，同意惠州港荃灣港區(qū)煤炭碼頭一期工程正式對(duì)外開放，標(biāo)志著惠州荃灣煤炭港作為全國首個(gè)大型綠色示范公用煤炭碼頭全面投入生產(chǎn)作業(yè)當(dāng)天，惠州市口岸辦組織了廣東省、深圳市、惠州市的海關(guān)、海事、邊檢、口岸及政府部門等１２家單位對(duì)惠州荃灣港煤炭碼頭一期工程進(jìn)行口岸開放驗(yàn)收
