王沛航要求，各基層黨組織要按照市國(guó)資委黨委以及集團(tuán)黨委的部署要求，圍繞2019年“組織力建設(shè)提升年”的總要求，保障5項(xiàng)“基本”工作，貫徹4項(xiàng)“抓落實(shí)”，實(shí)施4項(xiàng)“黨建工程”，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)黨建規(guī)范化建設(shè)，提升組織行動(dòng)力，為集團(tuán)改革發(fā)展提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)組織保障
