繼內(nèi)貿(mào)貨物跨境運輸（即“中外中”運輸模式）之“綏芬河-俄羅斯-鹽田港”之后，“綏芬河-俄羅斯-大鏟灣港”國際大通道也正式開通了近日，海關(guān)總署在《海關(guān)總署關(guān)于增加黑龍江省內(nèi)貿(mào)貨物跨境運輸進出港口的函》中明確：同意增加深圳市大鏟灣港為黑龍江省內(nèi)貿(mào)貨物跨境運輸進出境港口

Following the "Suifenhe Russia Yantian Port" of the cross-border transportation of domestic trade goods (i.e., the "Sino foreign" transportation mode), the international channel "Suifenhe Russia dachanwan port" has also been officially opened. Recently, the General Administration of customs made it clear in the "letter of the General Administration of Customs on increasing the ports of entry and exit for the cross-border transportation of domestic trade goods in Heilongjiang Province" that it agreed to increase Shenzhen dachanwan port as the entry and exit port for the cross-border transportation of domestic trade goods in Heilongjiang Province

“中外中”運輸模式系指國內(nèi)貿(mào)易貨物由我國關(guān)境內(nèi)一口岸啟運，通過境外運至我國關(guān)境內(nèi)另一口岸的業(yè)務(wù)

此次新增大鏟灣為內(nèi)外貨物跨境運輸進出境港口，是鹽田港集團響應(yīng)國家“一帶一路”倡議的實質(zhì)性成果之一自集團與綏芬河市政府簽署戰(zhàn)略合作以來，相關(guān)職能部門和企業(yè)相互配合，積極探索，為集團“轉(zhuǎn)型升級、走出去”的戰(zhàn)略部署和構(gòu)建內(nèi)陸港新格局作出了積極貢獻

The new Dachan Bay is an entry and exit port for cross-border transportation of domestic and foreign goods, which is one of the substantive achievements of Yantian Port Group in response to the national "the Belt and Road" initiative. Since the signing of the strategic cooperation between the group and Suifenhe municipal government, relevant functional departments and enterprises have cooperated with each other, actively explored, and made positive contributions to the group's strategic deployment of "transformation and upgrading, going global" and the construction of a new pattern of inland ports
