3月14日，在2018年度深圳市高技能人才認(rèn)定暨技能大賽總結(jié)大會(huì)上，鹽田港集團(tuán)黨委基層一線黨員陳活常憑借出色的岸吊技術(shù)被授予“深圳市2018年度鵬城工匠”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)“鵬城工匠”稱號(hào)于2016年設(shè)立，是深圳市技能人才最高榮譽(yù)，授予具有工匠精神、技藝精湛的優(yōu)秀高技能人才

該獎(jiǎng)每年評(píng)選不超過(guò)10人，旨在弘揚(yáng)“工匠精神”，營(yíng)造崇尚技能、尊重人才的社會(huì)氛圍作為鹽田港集團(tuán)黨委的基層黨組織，鹽田國(guó)際黨委積極培育黨員骨干帶頭人，充分發(fā)揮他們?cè)诋a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的示范帶頭作用一方面把優(yōu)秀黨員選配到重點(diǎn)崗位上來(lái)，樹(shù)立先鋒模范作用，建設(shè)好“帶頭人”隊(duì)伍；另一方面，多管齊下提高黨員干部的黨性修養(yǎng)和業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，使其快速成長(zhǎng)，在崗位上獨(dú)當(dāng)一面
