在3月的兩會(huì)期間，習(xí)近平總書記強(qiáng)調(diào)“要咬定目標(biāo)不放松，切實(shí)提高脫貧質(zhì)量”為了進(jìn)一步貫徹習(xí)近平總書記對(duì)精準(zhǔn)脫貧工作的指示，３月28日，鹽田港集團(tuán)黨委組織董事會(huì)、監(jiān)事會(huì)及高級(jí)管理人員一行前往河源市龍川縣登云鎮(zhèn)石福村調(diào)研2016-2018年鹽田港集團(tuán)精準(zhǔn)扶貧成果

市國資委相關(guān)處室、集團(tuán)相關(guān)部門及登云鎮(zhèn)有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參加調(diào)研調(diào)研組在石福農(nóng)場考察了石福村走地雞、蔬菜基地等產(chǎn)業(yè)幫扶項(xiàng)目，聽取了油茶基地、甲子水電站、投資入股工業(yè)園和柚子園擴(kuò)建等項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)進(jìn)展情況匯報(bào)，走訪了集團(tuán)幫扶建設(shè)的老年活動(dòng)中心、文體廣場、石福小學(xué)、綜合文化服務(wù)中心以及鄉(xiāng)土農(nóng)產(chǎn)品展示體驗(yàn)館、快遞下鄉(xiāng)電子商務(wù)站等項(xiàng)目，參觀了石福村扶貧開發(fā)（2016-2018年）成效、15項(xiàng)基建及公共服務(wù)項(xiàng)目展板

三年來，鹽田港集團(tuán)大力支持精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作，投入730萬扶貧資金落實(shí)各項(xiàng)民生保障政策，改善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，重點(diǎn)扶植產(chǎn)業(yè)致富項(xiàng)目長效發(fā)展，以獎(jiǎng)代補(bǔ)盤活農(nóng)村土地資源，激發(fā)農(nóng)民內(nèi)生動(dòng)力，以工代賑多渠道促進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，初步形成了長短效結(jié)合、多元化的業(yè)態(tài)布局

Over the past three years, Yantian Port Group has vigorously supported the targeted poverty alleviation work, invested 7.3 million poverty alleviation funds, implemented various livelihood security policies, improved infrastructure, focused on supporting the long-term development of industrial enrichment projects, invigorated rural land resources with awards instead of subsidies, stimulated farmers' endogenous motivation, and promoted the transfer of employment and industrial development through multiple channels, initially forming a long-term and short-term effective, diversified business layout

全村省定貧困戶61戶229人已實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)脫貧摘帽，取得了脫貧攻堅(jiān)的階段性勝利調(diào)研組對(duì)精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作取得的成效予以高度肯定，對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)攸h委政府及鎮(zhèn)村干部的支持予以感謝，對(duì)駐村工作隊(duì)辛勤努力給予鼓勵(lì)，并向剛剛榮獲“石福村榮譽(yù)村民”稱號(hào)的集團(tuán)駐村工作隊(duì)林紅亮、劉進(jìn)兩位同志表示祝賀

229 people from 61 poverty-stricken households in the whole village have achieved pre poverty alleviation and achieved a phased victory in poverty alleviation. The research group highly affirmed the results of the targeted poverty alleviation work, thanked the support of the local Party committee and government and town and village cadres, encouraged the hard work of the village based team, and congratulated Lin Hongliang and Liu Jin, two comrades of the group's village based team who just won the title of "honorary villager of Shifu village"

鹽田港集團(tuán)黨委書記、董事長孫波指出，接下來的精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作，一是要積極對(duì)接鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，認(rèn)真履行中央關(guān)于精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作的要求，完成好扶貧的歷史使命；二是要認(rèn)真分析扶貧工作存在的難點(diǎn)和問題，堅(jiān)持精準(zhǔn)施策、群策群力，做好2019-2020年的扶貧開發(fā)工作規(guī)劃；三是要再接再厲，結(jié)合石福村實(shí)際，務(wù)實(shí)打造特色亮點(diǎn)，確保2020年如期打贏脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn),為我國實(shí)現(xiàn)全面小康貢獻(xiàn)國企力量
