本次演練分為臺風(fēng)預(yù)警信息響應(yīng)和次生災(zāi)害搶險兩個環(huán)節(jié)響應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié)采用微信工作群作為通信指揮輔助平臺，模擬臺風(fēng)預(yù)警等級逐漸遞增直到預(yù)警解除的全過程，各單位根據(jù)自身應(yīng)急預(yù)案及實際情況進行應(yīng)急響應(yīng)
搶險環(huán)節(jié)采用盲演形式，各單位分別對模擬的次生災(zāi)害進行應(yīng)急處置劉南安率隊到現(xiàn)場觀摩指導(dǎo)，并臨時抽點物流公司21#倉庫屋頂開裂和規(guī)劃建設(shè)部冷鏈物流服務(wù)倉基坑變形兩個場景作為考核項目各單位行動迅速，緊密配合，圓滿完成各項險情的搶險處置任務(wù)

劉南安充分肯定了此次演練的成果他表示，此次演練檢驗了集團應(yīng)急預(yù)案的實操性，加強了集團應(yīng)急隊伍的應(yīng)急反應(yīng)和快速機動能力
他強調(diào)，各單位要根據(jù)此次演練有針對性地總結(jié)完善應(yīng)急預(yù)案，并加強全員防御臺風(fēng)的安全教育，持續(xù)提高應(yīng)急處置的能力，真正做到關(guān)鍵時刻“拉得出”“打得贏”
