6月20日至21日，拖輪公司召開了以“公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略工作”為主題的務(wù)虛會(huì)，研討公司戰(zhàn)略布局和實(shí)施路徑公司本部和下屬控股公司岸基員工、本部及各下屬公司船長70余人參加了本次會(huì)議本次會(huì)議旨在集中智慧、凝聚共識(shí)、增強(qiáng)動(dòng)力、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展，為公司未來持續(xù)發(fā)展建言獻(xiàn)策、明確方向

會(huì)議采用部門負(fù)責(zé)人發(fā)言，分組討論，經(jīng)營班子總結(jié)的形式進(jìn)行，圍繞“市場拓展研究”“公司發(fā)展研究”“研究建立激勵(lì)機(jī)制”“員工幸福指數(shù)研究”“成立船舶油品、船用物料統(tǒng)一采購平臺(tái)的可行性”等五個(gè)方面展開討論與會(huì)人員緊跟研討主題，廣開言論、集思廣益，提出了不少建設(shè)性意見，為公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的謀劃提供了好思路
