物流公司董事長(zhǎng)吳春雷結(jié)合集團(tuán)公司對(duì)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的總體要求，作總體形勢(shì)研判，謀劃未來(lái)發(fā)展王彥在聽(tīng)取整體匯報(bào)后，對(duì)物流公司敢于聚焦不足、直面問(wèn)題的態(tài)度表示贊賞同時(shí)，王彥對(duì)物流公司未來(lái)的工作提出了四點(diǎn)要求：一是要緊緊圍繞集團(tuán)“前港、中區(qū)、后城”規(guī)劃，積極發(fā)揮集團(tuán)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺(tái)作用；二是要加快推動(dòng)物流轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，以傳統(tǒng)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)配送業(yè)務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)，以信息化為依托，推動(dòng)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)向上下游延伸，打造港口供應(yīng)鏈綜合服務(wù)商；三是要加強(qiáng)物流公司日常經(jīng)營(yíng)管理，健全制度規(guī)范，強(qiáng)化精細(xì)化管理；四是要繼續(xù)推動(dòng)內(nèi)部人才資源交流，優(yōu)化組織架構(gòu)
