7月24日，由鹽田港集團工會聯合會舉辦的工會干部培訓班正式開班集團黨委副書記、工會聯合會主席王沛航出席培訓活動并講話，集團系統工會干部共計60余人參加培訓培訓班邀請了市總工會辦公室副主任張凱軍和廣東信達律師事務所高級合伙人、律師徐孟君分別做專題授課

張凱軍結合全市工會工作情況介紹了新形勢下工會工作面臨的新任務、新挑戰(zhàn)，明確了企業(yè)工會的主要職責和如何做一名優(yōu)秀的工會干部，并就如何承擔政治責任、密切聯系群眾、創(chuàng)新工作方法等方面進行了深入淺出地講解徐孟君以《工會在構建和諧勞動關系中的地位和作用》為題，結合實際經典案例，從構建和諧勞動關系、妥善處理勞資糾紛、做好信訪維穩(wěn)工作三個方面講解了如何維護國家、集體和職工三者利益

王沛航在講話中指出，各級工會工作要繼續(xù)以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導，深入學習貫徹習近平總書記關于工人階級和工會工作的重要論述，按照市總工會和集團黨委的工作部署，團結動員廣大職工，共同把集團工會聯合會建設成為員工心中的“有用工會”“實力工會”

同時，王沛航對2019年下半年工會工作提出了四點要求：一是加強政治建設，提高政治站位；二是抓好組織建設，推進工作制度化規(guī)范化；三是創(chuàng)新工作思路，豐富工會文體活動形式；四是強化責任意識，積極做好信訪維穩(wěn)工作
