7月23日、26日，鹽田港集團黨委書記、董事長孫波，黨委副書記、總裁劉南安，黨委副書記王沛航，黨委委員、副總裁彭洪波分兩次赴大鏟灣公司開展“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育調(diào)研集團黨群工作部、投資發(fā)展部、辦公室及大鏟灣公司等相關(guān)負責人陪同調(diào)研

這次調(diào)研，集團黨委領(lǐng)導事前制訂了調(diào)研課題，確定了調(diào)研提綱，擬定了調(diào)研方案，通過查看現(xiàn)場、聽取匯報、征求意見、召開座談會等多種形式，詳細了解了大鏟灣公司“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育、基層黨建、人力資源體系優(yōu)化、安全生產(chǎn)等工作的開展情況；聽取了公司關(guān)于中國海洋大學深圳研究院、汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺、寶安綜合漁港等重點項目及物流中心一期運營、物流中心二期建設(shè)等相關(guān)工作的情況匯報和工作中存在的問題和困難，并提出有針對性的解決舉措

彭洪波要求，大鏟灣公司要依托港口大力發(fā)展汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)，有效推進深圳平行進口汽車發(fā)展，努力搭建服務(wù)平臺

在經(jīng)營模式、體制機制上加強創(chuàng)新，形成良性循環(huán)王沛航表示，2019年是大鏟灣公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期，要通過主題教育進一步激發(fā)各級黨員干部攻堅克難的信心和決心，堅持把開展主題教育與做好各項業(yè)務(wù)工作緊密結(jié)合起來，積極探索黨建促發(fā)展的有效舉措

孫波強調(diào)，大鏟灣公司黨委要大力開展“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育，深入貫徹落實習近平總書記關(guān)于“四個對照”和“四個找一找”的要求，認真查找理想信念、使命擔當、政治能力、底線意識等方面存在的差距和不足，制定切實可行的工作舉措
