會議先由各部室負責(zé)人作專題工作匯報，經(jīng)營班子成員圍繞分管工作，總結(jié)點評、分享心得隨后，會議通過分組研討方式，宣貫學(xué)習(xí)了《孫波同志“七一”黨課講話要點》

各小組緊扣“謀劃新時代發(fā)展方位”的主題，積極探討，踴躍發(fā)言，為公司未來發(fā)展建言獻策，現(xiàn)場氣氛熱烈置業(yè)公司黨支部書記、董事長趙吉和作總結(jié)發(fā)言他強調(diào)，公司要緊隨集團發(fā)展方向，搶抓戰(zhàn)略新機遇一是強化土地資源分析，推進臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)項目落地實施；二是通過有效整合資源、創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式，推動公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級；三是運用市場化思維優(yōu)化人力資源體系，打造專業(yè)開發(fā)運營團隊
