9月7日，在深圳舉行的第三屆中國（深圳）公司治理高峰論壇暨2019深圳上市公司治理評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告發(fā)布會(huì)上，鹽田港股份公司被授予“2019年度深圳上市公司綠色治理十佳”稱號(hào)
此次高峰論壇暨發(fā)布會(huì)由中國公司治理研究院、深圳市地方金融監(jiān)管局指導(dǎo)，深圳市公司治理研究會(huì)、深圳廣電集團(tuán)財(cái)經(jīng)生活頻道等單位主辦，來自國內(nèi)的公司治理專家、學(xué)者，政府相關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及60多家深圳上市公司、投資機(jī)構(gòu)等400位嘉賓共同出席了本次論壇
主辦方對(duì)鹽田港綠色治理工作給予了高度認(rèn)可，頒發(fā)“2019年度深圳上市公司綠色治理十佳”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)是表彰企業(yè)在綠色治理方面，尤其是在完善綠色信息披露制度及規(guī)范上市公司綠色信息披露行為上表現(xiàn)突出鹽田港股份此前還曾獲“深圳上市公司董事會(huì)治理十佳”稱號(hào)
