10月22日，鹽田港集團總裁劉南安、副總裁喬宏偉來到津市港區(qū)現(xiàn)場調(diào)研，聽取了津市港口發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、港口規(guī)劃、貨源腹地等情況匯報，隨后拜會了津市市委書記傅勇，就津市港二期工程及合作事項進行了交流劉南安肯定了津市港自6月開港以來取得的成績，并對津市港一線員工表達深切慰問

他強調(diào)，津市港口公司要繼續(xù)提升企業(yè)運營的規(guī)范性，努力將津市港打造成澧水流域核心港，樹立洞庭湖流域港口的標(biāo)桿形象在與津市市委、市政府的座談會上，劉南安一行與市委書記傅勇，市委副書記、市長黃旭峰，市人大常委會主任王育平，市政協(xié)主席姜正才就津市港二期工程及合作事項展開了深入溝通
