11月12日，集團董事長孫波、集團總裁劉南安率隊調(diào)研西安光學(xué)精密機械研究所，副總裁葉忠孝、彭洪波，董事會秘書陳彪，集團董事會秘書處、辦公室、投資發(fā)展部及大鏟灣公司相關(guān)人員參加了調(diào)研調(diào)研團一行在西安光機所副所長謝小平的陪同下參觀了西安光機所科技成果展示中心，實地了解西安光機所的總體規(guī)劃和科技研發(fā)成果

隨后的座談會上，調(diào)研團詳細(xì)了解西安光機所的發(fā)展歷程以及在智慧海洋工程方面的科技成果雙方就科技成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化平臺建設(shè)、團隊激勵、基金投入退出機制以及海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)合作等方面進行了深入交流據(jù)悉，西安光機所創(chuàng)建于1962年，是中國科學(xué)院在西北地區(qū)最大的研究所之一
