深化收費公路制度改革，取消高速公路省界收費站，實現(xiàn)不停車快捷收費（以下簡稱ETC工程建設(shè)），是國務(wù)院今年初作出的重大決策根據(jù)設(shè)計要求，惠鹽高速需建設(shè)6套ETC門架和23條ETC車道，投資約4000萬元

ETC工程建設(shè)是一項政策性強(qiáng)、涉及面廣、時間緊、任務(wù)重、要求高的系統(tǒng)工程在鹽田港股份公司的大力支持下，惠鹽高速堅持規(guī)范運(yùn)作，依法確定了項目的設(shè)計、施工和監(jiān)理單位；堅持改革創(chuàng)新，統(tǒng)籌謀劃，實行建設(shè)與營運(yùn)雙贏，確保營運(yùn)管理平穩(wěn)進(jìn)行；精心組織“大干六十天,完成ETC”,發(fā)揚(yáng)“五加二、白加黑”的拼搏精神，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，戰(zhàn)勝了多種困難，于10月31日圓滿完成了國家布置的各項任務(wù)，取得ETC工程建設(shè)第一階段的重大勝利

ETC工程建設(shè)第二階段的主要工作是進(jìn)行聯(lián)調(diào)聯(lián)試，使系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行，確保2020年1月1日實行高速公路ETC全覆蓋，為市民提供便捷高效的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)
