為提升總部員工自我認(rèn)知、自我管理能力，改善個人工作效能、團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)作及持續(xù)發(fā)展水平，11月21日—22日，鹽田港集團(tuán)組織開展了總部員工勝任力提升培訓(xùn)，并順利完成第一期培訓(xùn)集團(tuán)黨委副書記王沛航出席并講話，集團(tuán)總部各部門共40余名員工參與了本期培訓(xùn)

他強(qiáng)調(diào)，學(xué)員們在培訓(xùn)中要開放包容，增進(jìn)相互間的認(rèn)識和了解，提升協(xié)作效率，建立“一盤棋”思維，形成組織合力本次培訓(xùn)引入《高效能人士的七個習(xí)慣》版權(quán)課程，邀請資深認(rèn)證講師，采用講解、小組討論、案例分析、情景練習(xí)、角色扮演等互動式教學(xué)方式，幫助員工審視自己固有思維模式與行為習(xí)慣，觸發(fā)員工由內(nèi)而外的改變，改善工作態(tài)度，提升個人工作效能，從而給整個組織的文化及氛圍帶來積極改變
