4月13日，國家發(fā)展改革委發(fā)布《贛州革命老區(qū)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展示范區(qū)建設方案》（發(fā)改振興[2022]423號，以下簡稱《方案》），對建設贛州革命老區(qū)高質(zhì)量示范區(qū)做出統(tǒng)籌謀劃，吹響了新時代贛州革命老區(qū)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的號角

《方案》指出，要支持贛州推進改革開放走深走實，在內(nèi)陸雙向開發(fā)合作上作出示范，要拓展開放空間，高水平推進內(nèi)陸雙向開放，推進贛州國際陸港建設，開展多品種運營，積極推動中歐班列高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，建設國際物流分撥中心；要積極打造贛州市作為江西省對接融入粵港澳大灣區(qū)的橋頭堡，支持贛州探索與深圳開展對口合作，鼓勵創(chuàng)新合作模式和運作模式，加快建設深（圳）贛（州）港產(chǎn)城一體化合作區(qū)

深贛港產(chǎn)城合作區(qū)項目是鹽田港集團代表深圳市委市政府落實國家區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，支持贛南蘇區(qū)、贛州革命老區(qū)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的重要落地實施型舉措，項目作為贛州對接粵港澳大灣區(qū)重要賦能平臺，以“特區(qū)”＋“老區(qū)”合作模式，著力打造港產(chǎn)城融合滾動發(fā)展，精準幫扶、共贏發(fā)展的全國范例
