12月11日至13日，集團(tuán)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理部在橫崗舉辦了經(jīng)營(yíng)管理業(yè)務(wù)專(zhuān)題培訓(xùn)，集團(tuán)副總裁王彥、建港指揮部副總指揮李群、董事會(huì)秘書(shū)陳彪出席了培訓(xùn)集團(tuán)各部室、系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各控股企業(yè)50余人參加了培訓(xùn)王彥在開(kāi)班式上指出，現(xiàn)階段，傳統(tǒng)港口和物流企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理與持續(xù)發(fā)展上普遍面臨轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的情況

提升企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理水平既要不斷優(yōu)化工作流程，提升管理效能，又要重視和強(qiáng)化統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)分析，結(jié)合多種經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方式，促進(jìn)資產(chǎn)保值增值，激發(fā)企業(yè)發(fā)展活力學(xué)員們要把握培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)，學(xué)有所得、學(xué)以致用，提升業(yè)務(wù)能力和水平
