然而當(dāng)日正值除夕，且部分工作人員處于居家隔離，合作的承包商大多已經(jīng)放假，操作部門留守人員有限面對時間要求和資源緊張雙重壓力，要做到盡量減少100個箱在場內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移成本，達到最快速度轉(zhuǎn)裝的目標(biāo)，存在很大難度

大鏟灣現(xiàn)代黨支部這支高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化的黨員隊伍快速動員起來，在此時發(fā)揮了重要作用黨員鐘懷恩作為值班經(jīng)理之一，馬上召集泊位計劃、船舶策劃、現(xiàn)場操作以及資源組等當(dāng)值同事協(xié)商搶時間操作的解決方案；支部副書記毛春明為保障操作資源絞盡腦汁，與承包商合作伙伴保持緊密溝通；操作部的黨員吳志鋒犧牲個人休息時間，加班加點調(diào)整好加班船的操作安排，通過資源調(diào)配來提高各項操作效率；負責(zé)岸橋設(shè)備的發(fā)展對象羅鑫、團總支書記趙祥仙、團干部陳方鵬、張豪等也行動起來，想辦法、搶效率，全力保障操作任務(wù)的完成……最終實現(xiàn)了76個空箱直接轉(zhuǎn)裝、操作效率達到36.84自然箱/小時的好成績

服務(wù)客戶盡力盡責(zé)，以行動增信心促發(fā)展疫情能影響工作方式，但不能影響服務(wù)質(zhì)量除了碼頭作業(yè)現(xiàn)場值班團隊外，大鏟灣港區(qū)員工們利用企業(yè)虛擬專用網(wǎng)絡(luò)、微信、郵件、電話等技術(shù)方式進行遠程辦公，確保疫情期間的碼頭業(yè)務(wù)正常、順利開展
