5月18日，昆山眾品冷鏈物流有限公司完成工商變更，正式成為鹽田港冷鏈投資控股有限公司的全資子公司，標志著許昌鮮易供應(yīng)鏈有限公司等十五家公司破產(chǎn)重整投資項目（簡稱“鮮易項目”）成功落地，成為深圳國資第一個破產(chǎn)重整特殊資產(chǎn)并購項目的成功案例，開啟了集團冷鏈物流業(yè)態(tài)新征程

On May 18, Kunshan Zhongpin Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd. completed industrial and commercial changes and officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yantian Port cold chain Investment Holding Co., Ltd., marking the successful implementation of the bankruptcy and reorganization investment project of 15 companies including Xuchang Xianyi supply chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xianyi project"), becoming the first successful case of bankruptcy and reorganization of special assets M & a project of Shenzhen state-owned assets, and opening a new journey of the group's cold chain logistics industry
