她們時刻盯緊文件系統(tǒng)、微信工作群，確保不遺漏上級下發(fā)的各類通知，特別是涉及到疫情防控相關(guān)工作安排和要求，會第一時間轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)給相關(guān)責(zé)任人截至3月16日，辦公室共處理市防疫指揮部、市政府、市國資委等各渠道收文（文件、通知）約120份，完成日常機要流轉(zhuǎn)工作約730次，完成疫情防控相關(guān)發(fā)文、紀(jì)要9份，并在集團(tuán)內(nèi)網(wǎng)新設(shè)“疫情專欄”，發(fā)布疫情動態(tài)資料43份

每日疫情速遞，做好信息匯總對于信息匯總這項工作，集團(tuán)辦公室黃淑媛已得心應(yīng)手自1月31日起，黃淑媛每天下午5點準(zhǔn)時在工作群里面發(fā)出報送通知，做好信息收集工作，分門別類做好匯總
