在優(yōu)化后的模式下，船公司只需進(jìn)行一次性資質(zhì)備案，即可實(shí)現(xiàn)整船換裝業(yè)務(wù)常態(tài)化，同步啟用的整船換裝數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)還實(shí)現(xiàn)了申報(bào)、監(jiān)管全流程無(wú)紙化整船換裝新模式大大縮短業(yè)務(wù)辦理時(shí)間，使船公司辦理換裝作業(yè)更便利，進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了鹽田港區(qū)的通關(guān)環(huán)境，提高通關(guān)效率，將吸引更多船公司在鹽田港區(qū)開(kāi)展換裝中轉(zhuǎn)業(yè)務(wù)，為深圳建設(shè)“高水平國(guó)際中轉(zhuǎn)貿(mào)易港”增添動(dòng)力
