4月28日，鹽田港集團(tuán)黨委召開2019年度二級企業(yè)黨組織書記述職評議考核會(huì)集團(tuán)黨委書記、董事長孫波，黨委副書記、總裁劉南安出席會(huì)議，市國資委黨辦主任徐學(xué)彬蒞會(huì)指導(dǎo)會(huì)議由集團(tuán)黨委副書記王沛航主持，集團(tuán)黨委委員、各二級企業(yè)黨組織書記及黨員群眾代表參加會(huì)議

對下一步工作，徐學(xué)彬要求，集團(tuán)黨委要按照市委市政府、市國資委黨委的部署要求，在做好規(guī)定動(dòng)作的同時(shí)，結(jié)合自身發(fā)展的需要，選好、做好“自選動(dòng)作”，在貫徹落實(shí)《中國共產(chǎn)黨國有企業(yè)基層組織工作條例（試行）》的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)黨支部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范化建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新基層黨組織活動(dòng)的方式方法、深化“一企一品”特色黨建品牌創(chuàng)建，全面深化“頭雁工程”推動(dòng)基層黨建全面提升，為深圳的“雙區(qū)”建設(shè)和國資國企綜改試驗(yàn)貢獻(xiàn)鹽田港的力量

孫波指出，2019年，集團(tuán)黨委各級黨組織將黨建工作放在突出位置，堅(jiān)持黨建和經(jīng)營“兩手都要抓、兩手都要硬”，用高質(zhì)量的黨建工作推動(dòng)了集團(tuán)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)進(jìn)一步清晰，人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)，集團(tuán)可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力和市場競爭能力進(jìn)一步提升，但仍要正確處理好規(guī)定動(dòng)作與自選動(dòng)作、發(fā)展目標(biāo)與人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、情懷與激勵(lì)等之間的關(guān)系
