為慶祝中國共產(chǎn)黨成立101周年，弘揚偉大建黨精神，鞏固黨史學(xué)習(xí)教育成果，6月30日，鹽田港集團隆重集會，黨委書記、董事長胡朝陽在會上傳達省第十三次黨代會精神，并講授題為《知憂患、舉旗幟、強落實、重績效，努力續(xù)寫鹽田港“開山填?！毙鹿适隆返膶ｎ}黨課，號召全體黨員牢記使命職責(zé)、堅定信心決心，在新時代拼出好樣子、展現(xiàn)新作為，以實際行動迎接黨的二十大勝利召開

會議由集團黨委副書記、總經(jīng)理劉南安主持，集團班子成員、總部黨員及二級企業(yè)班子成員參加了會議胡朝陽指出，要堅持目標導(dǎo)向，心懷國之大者，做黨和國家戰(zhàn)略部署的堅定執(zhí)行者

一是要用心用情體悟習(xí)近平總書記對廣東、深圳重要講話和重要指示批示精神，進一步增強忠誠擁護“兩個確立”、堅決做到“兩個維護”的思想自覺、政治自覺、行動自覺；二是要用心用情體悟習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于國企黨建、改革發(fā)展，關(guān)于建設(shè)海洋強國重要論述精神，進一步增強以新?lián)斝伦鳛橛聯(lián)率姑呢?zé)任感榮譽感；三是要認真學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會省委對海洋經(jīng)濟戰(zhàn)略部署、市委對鹽田港集團工作要求，深刻認識鹽田港肩負的新時代歷史使命，努力干出新成就

胡朝陽表示，要堅持問題導(dǎo)向，找準找實工作著力點和突破口一是要看清自身優(yōu)勢，這些年來，廣大黨員、職工的拼搏進取為集團發(fā)展打下了良好基礎(chǔ)，鹽田港成為全球集裝箱吞吐量最大的單一港區(qū)，“鹽田港”金字招牌蜚聲中外，業(yè)務(wù)范圍不斷豐富、分布區(qū)域快速擴展，正從一個區(qū)域性企業(yè)向全國性、國際性企業(yè)邁進；二是要正視問題不足，這些年來，無論是與全國國資國企縱向比，還是與市屬國資國企橫向比，集團發(fā)展速度還是太慢，近十年主要經(jīng)營指標年均增長率遠低于市屬國企平均水平，一定要清醒認識到當前存在的不足；三是要堅決推進改革，唱好定戰(zhàn)略、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、配機制“三部曲”，朝著超千億規(guī)模、躋身中國企業(yè)500強的奮斗目標大踏步前進，奮力實現(xiàn)打造全球影響力卓著的海洋經(jīng)濟綜合服務(wù)商美好愿景

胡朝陽強調(diào)，要堅持結(jié)果導(dǎo)向，努力續(xù)寫“開山填?！毙鹿适?，向市委市政府交出一份優(yōu)異答卷一是要切實加強政治建設(shè)，牢牢把握正確政治方向，把講政治體現(xiàn)在一言一行上；二是要高舉旗幟“闖”出新天地，把建設(shè)全球海洋中心城市主力軍、生力軍的重任扛到肩上，向堵點難點發(fā)力，做新時代的“拓荒牛”；三是要奮發(fā)有為強化落實，把全部心思和精力都用在干事業(yè)、謀發(fā)展、抓落實上，始終保持奮發(fā)向上的干事勁頭，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在前帶頭干，黨員沖鋒做表率，在集團轉(zhuǎn)型升級、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期作出應(yīng)有貢獻
