９月３日—４日，鹽田港集團(tuán)召開“十四五”規(guī)劃研討會，深入探討未來五年集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向，為集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展凝聚思想、智慧和共識集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子、總部各部室及二級企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人參加了會議會上，集團(tuán)高管及各部門、各單位負(fù)責(zé)人對集團(tuán)“十四五”規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了充分的討論，并對規(guī)劃的總體目標(biāo)、思路及實(shí)施路徑等進(jìn)行建言獻(xiàn)策

會議就集團(tuán)未來五年的發(fā)展思路達(dá)成一致意見，并結(jié)合落實(shí)“港、區(qū)、城”一體化布局，對經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢進(jìn)行深入研判，提出了“打造涉海綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)體”的總體目標(biāo)劉南安總裁要求，各二級企業(yè)要高度重視集團(tuán)“十四五”規(guī)劃的編制和落實(shí)工作，共同努力實(shí)現(xiàn)“十四五”期末集團(tuán)主要經(jīng)營指標(biāo)翻番的目標(biāo)

一是成立專門工作組，把五年財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)做扎實(shí)；二是制定好實(shí)施路徑和詳細(xì)工作方案，保證規(guī)劃的落地；三是總部各部室要主動與各企業(yè)、各項(xiàng)目對接，進(jìn)一步夯實(shí)集團(tuán)規(guī)劃指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)孫波董事長強(qiáng)調(diào)，鹽田港集團(tuán)作為國有企業(yè)，要主動服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略，一是要圍繞深圳“雙區(qū)”建設(shè)和全球海洋中心城市建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略，精準(zhǔn)定位，高水平制定“十四五”規(guī)劃；二是要補(bǔ)齊發(fā)展短板，加大產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)入力度，實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)板塊閉環(huán)發(fā)展，同時(shí)要重視人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，優(yōu)化以業(yè)績?yōu)閷?dǎo)向的激勵(lì)約束機(jī)制；三是要做好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展
