9月22日,市國(guó)資委撥付1.7億元小漠國(guó)際物流港一期工程項(xiàng)目政府專項(xiàng)債券資金至深汕公司,標(biāo)志著鹽田港集團(tuán)首單政府專項(xiàng)債券成功發(fā)行該債券為2020年深圳市(本級(jí))粵港澳大灣區(qū)物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施專項(xiàng)債券-2020年深圳市政府專項(xiàng)債券(五十八期),8月27日在中央國(guó)債登記結(jié)算有限責(zé)任公司完成發(fā)行,并經(jīng)市國(guó)資委上報(bào)市財(cái)政局審批后完成撥付手續(xù)
據(jù)悉,2019年9月集團(tuán)投資發(fā)展部和財(cái)務(wù)管理部聯(lián)合為小漠國(guó)際物流港一期工程項(xiàng)目申報(bào)了3.54億元的專項(xiàng)債券需求,本次申請(qǐng)發(fā)行債券面額1.7億元,為3.54億元的第一期,使用期限20年,以深圳市政府信用為基礎(chǔ),無(wú)需企業(yè)擔(dān)保

按照市財(cái)政局指導(dǎo)意見,小漠國(guó)際物流港一期工程項(xiàng)目可于明年再次申請(qǐng)發(fā)行1.8億元專項(xiàng)債券,項(xiàng)目融資成本從年利率4.25%降至3.85%小漠國(guó)際物流港一期工程項(xiàng)目已于2018年4月開工建設(shè),一期工程總投資13.34億元,建設(shè)2個(gè)5萬(wàn)噸級(jí)多用途泊位(結(jié)構(gòu)按10萬(wàn)噸級(jí)設(shè)計(jì))和1個(gè)工作船泊位,年設(shè)計(jì)吞吐量為450萬(wàn)噸
